In 2 Samuel, King David displays kindness to Mephibosheth who was lame in both of his feet. David restored to him all the land of his family and declared, "he shall eat at my table like one of the king's sons" (2 Samuel 9:11). The King’s Table is the Special Needs Ministry at First Baptist Fannin where all people with exceptionalities and their families are welcome. The King’s Table exists so that all children and families have a place, according to their needs, to worship and encounter Christ. At First Baptist Fannin, all are welcome at The King’s Table.

On Sundays and Wednesdays, we strive to assist every child to participate to their fullest potential in all activities. We offer special accommodations for children who need extra support by providing a buddy to accompany them into their age-related classroom, if needed, or by serving them in a smaller group setting in our sensory friendly classroom.

The In His Image Class is a brilliant and diverse group of young adults who are all amazingly talented and blessed with unique personalities and special gifts, each in their own way. 

We have an awesome Sunday School class learning about Jesus with Bible lessons, prayer requests, mission time, snacks & fellowshipping, and craft time. We love and welcome visitors and volunteers in our class.
